"No Plan B" says Frank Palangi, an Indie American recording artist homegrown from the Capital Region of NY serving up a feeding frenzy of gritty, raw, powerful vocals mixing energetic, driving, positive rock music. Palangi's creativity is freshly fueled with a kick of modern rock and a hint of old school good stuff. As a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, his work and determination has opened up to working with industry producers and musicians along with opening for a variety of national shows. Grounded from a solid support system from his upbringing, his motivation is focused not by the temptations of partying every day and every night. Growing up he had to adapt to medical illnesses that impacted his lifestyle, but he took what could of been a negative and rerouted it into a strength. - " I have no plan b in backing down on my dreams" - Frank Palangi
"Palangi’s positivity extends beyond his music into the way he interacts with his fans. " - Guitar World.
Palangi is releasing currently the "Set Me Free" music video to view on VEVO, Tidal, iTunes starting Aug. 28th 2017 and working on a new EP. It doesn't mean that in the future I won't bounce around still, just that this is more of a focused project along lines of Break These Chains." Break These Chains was produced by Brian Craddock (Daughtry) and will be included in the EP. Frank is self producing, recording and mixing this release for the first time. BACKGROUND: In 2010, fate crossed paths handing a demo CD to the Grammy Nominated Christian rock band, “Day Of Fire” at Upstate Concert Hall in Clifton Park, NY. Singer Josh Brown (also from Full Devil Jacket) saw the potential and drive Frank had and forwarded it over to their Nashville producer Rogers Masson. After receiving an email, plans were on the way travel to TN to record his 1st 5 song EP at music mecca. Masson said, “This is the baddest rhythm section in the land, and along with the vocal guidance from Josh, Frank’s songs are going to turn out amazing." Frank says "The first EP was an amazing experience that pushed me to see the industry side. I felt a platform to stand on with support from these awesome people and drove me to new opportunities from national shows, steady local gigs, and getting internet/local radio play."
